Tuesday Frustration Run

The last couple of days has been rough mentally almost to the point that I wasn't going to run tonight. Then I kicked my butt and got out the door. Whether I a frustrated or not is not going to change whether or not I run.

It was a tough run because it took so long for my body to get into it but at the end I am happy I did it. I got out some of my frustration and feel a little more relaxed. 

Do you sometimes have to force yourself out the door when you are frustrated or upset?
