Tuesday Morning Run

So far I am on track for my latest goal of running 3 days a week and going on the elliptical on the other days. It has only been 3 days so far but I am positive that it is going to keep working for me. The key this time is that I am trying to get all of my exercising in first thing in the morning so that later in the day I won't have an excuse not to do it.

Time is short and I gotta finish getting ready for work.
