Tuesday Morning Run (Body Fight)

Mentally I was ready to run today and didn't have any problems getting ready to head out the door. The plan was to do 2:1's today to build up my time running.  Whoever said getting out the door is the hardest step was so wrong today.

My body felt like it was fighting me the entire time. If it wasn't my breathing being erratic, it was my legs feeling like I was wearing concrete pants. I guess these kind of days are important though because it makes my good runs look even better.

Needless to say though I did get it done.Now onto to get ready to head to work for the day.
