Today is not a run day but I still managed to get in a half hour on the elliptical. I figure this way it is low impact while still working out aerobically.
It felt pretty good and seems to have set me up for a productive day. So far I already tackled the kitchen, bathroom, and swept the house. I even got a load of laundry in.
Now to sit back and relax, plug in my kobo and download a couple of reads from the library.
Have any good read suggestions?
