I went for my run of 1:1's 10 times this morning and so far this has been the most difficult run. First my legs didn't want to move with any coordination and breathing was a joke.
Who would have thought that breathing could be difficult but this morning it was just dreadful. I felt like I could not get on an even keel with my breathing.

Somehow, towards the middle things started getting better though and by the time I was done, I felt pretty good.
Have you ever had a hard time getting your breathing regulated?
