After the huge up and downs from last week I am trying my best to remain on a stable emotional level. It is quite hard considering that I still have many feeling quite a few negative ones still floating around.
I just keep telling myself that things are going to get better and crossing my fingers that they will.
In the meantime I will just do my best to mutter through and do what I know will help me feel good both inside and out and that includes making sure I go for a run at least every second day.
How do you try to stay positive when you are overwhelmed with negative thoughts?
